Our articles include news, opinion pieces, listicles, and interviews with professionals and hobbyists in the world of wellbeing. With topics ranging from puppy therapy to facial massage, there’s something for every interest on The Daily Move.
We set out to make our content as well-researched and factually accurate as possible, and cite sources for any studies and statistics we mention. However, if you read something that you feel is not right, please contact us.
About the Editor
Jen Meredith created The Daily Move in 2024, following a long period of on-and-off stress, overworking and burnout. She looked to social media in an attempt to find a solution to low mood and poor mental and emotional wellbeing, but found that mainstream wellbeing content centred on reiterating the same handful of methods and activities, many of which did not resonate with her. Seeking the unconventional, Jen decided to set out to find people who had their own, unique interpretations of wellbeing, and became inspired to share their passions, experiences and expertise with others who felt the same way.
Now, Jen seeks to make her wellbeing a priority (though admits that she isn’t perfect!) and encourages others to advocate and care for themselves, especially in regards to mental wellbeing.
A note about ads
It takes time and money to run a website, so in order to keep The Daily Move free for all, forever, we will occasionally publish sponsored articles and adverts, and include affiliate links throughout the website. This should not affect the authenticity and reliability of our content, as we will never talk about products or services that we wouldn’t talk about for free. Your wellbeing is our focus!
